Branding, digital marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, and on-site activations for a one-day festival put on by Premier Productions in Auburn, Alabama. The client came to us with a legacy event that needed to be reignited.
The problem we solved
We worked with the client to wake up the audience after a global pandemic. We had to honor the event’s 50+ year tradition while modernizing it to be a rodeo and a concert.
The challenge in solving the problem
Not only was the client wanting to shake this 50+ year old event up, but they were also looking to create a model around this concept to expand it to other college towns.
The results
Auburn Rodeo was a successful event, surpassing our goal for ticket sales. Our list of 100+ influencers had a combined reach of millions, helping grow our captive audience on Instagram by over 10,000 in less than two years. With a strong brand and model, we were able to kickstart a brand new rodeo in Athens, Georgia.
Rebranding
We created a look and feel that appealed to the target audience, and threaded the style through all creative assets, including the website and social media.
Social Media
We created a brand voice, and used that brand voice to build community in captions, comments, and direct messages. We created a monthly content calendar to keep the audience engaged.
Contests
We developed and managed social media contests that created conversation, grew our audience, and offered festival-goers memorable moments.
Influencer Marketing
We researched and grew our influencer list, developing a program that used both macro and micro influencers to drive our campaigns around price changes, ticket sales, lineup announcements, and more.
Greek Life Activations
We developed a relationship with Greek leaders on campus to spread awareness of the event and curate an exclusive experience for members.
On-site Activations
We captured live photography and video at the event to create lifestyle content that showcases the experience and can be used in marketing materials throughout the year.
