The existing Cullman Chamber brand lacked a modern and refreshed look, making it less appealing to the local community and travelers.

The websites for the Cullman Chamber and associated entities required an overhaul to improve user experience, accessibility, and functionality. In short—the chamber was being left behind.

Our team spent further time researching during an in-person visit to Cullman in order to meet with the chamber, explore the community, and develop a deep understanding of their goals and vision.

The Execution
Using the data collected, Good Grit Agency developed core values that would guide the entire rebranding process. The brand voice and tone were established, and target audiences were clearly defined. A compelling narrative was crafted to resonate with the desired demographics.
The existing website was revamped with a focus on user experience and a customer journey-driven approach. Intensive architecture work ensured a logical flow and hierarchy of information, complete with refreshed creative featuring the new logos.
Good Grit Agency provided essential creative assets to support Cullman's marketing efforts. This included billboard designs, ad graphics, photography, and video content. A creative suite was developed, including business cards, email signatures, and promotional swag. Additionally, Good Grit Agency collaborated with Cullman to create articles and listicles for online publications, further increasing brand exposure.
